About the Role

We are seeking a

creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist

with hands-on experience in

real estate marketing

, including

design, SEO, and content creation

. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and a proven track record of delivering campaigns that generate quality leads and enhance brand visibility in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Marketing Strategy

Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with sales and branding objectives. Coordinate with brokers, agents, and developers to enhance visibility and lead generation.

Content Creation & Management

Develop and manage engaging content for websites, portals, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and property listings. Write persuasive ad copy and property descriptions tailored to the UAE real estate market.

SEO & Digital Presence

Optimize website and listing content for search engines to improve organic rankings and visibility. Monitor and report on website analytics, traffic, and conversions to support ROI-focused decision-making.

Design & Branding

Design brochures, flyers, social media creatives, presentation decks, and other collateral for property marketing. Maintain consistent and high-quality branding across all platforms and channels.

Market Research & Analytics

Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and improve marketing performance. Prepare reports and insights on campaigns and suggest data-driven improvements.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years of proven experience in real estate marketing

within the UAE.

Skills:

Strong expertise in

digital marketing, SEO, and content creation

. Proficiency in

graphic design tools

(Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.). Knowledge of

social media marketing, Google Ads, and analytics tools

.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
