Position Overview
Marketing Specialist roles at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in Dubai support the execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies for assigned lifestyle and home brands. Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing and communications initiatives aligned with the annual marketing calendar and brand strategy
• Coordinate marketing efforts across internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Create strong channel synergy across offline and online platforms to maximize reach and effectiveness
• Brief, coordinate, and deliver advertising and promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting activities based on impact and customer feedback
• Manage marketing spend per brand to ensure accurate tracking and optimal budget utilization
• Measure and improve return on investment for marketing activities
• Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with brand guidelines and Majid Al Futtaim communication standards
• Support sustainability initiatives in line with the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow strategy

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Working knowledge of public relations, events, media, digital, and social media marketing
• Mandatory experience with home or furniture brands
• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
