Brand, Digital & Employer Marketing Specialist
Role Overview
The Brand, Digital & Employer Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of DataOne's digital marketing, brand visibility, and employer branding initiatives. This role is hands-on, data-driven, and execution-focused. It does not include Public Relations, media relations, or institutional communications. The position reports to the Chief People Officer, with close collaboration with leadership, operations, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Digital Marketing
? Contribute to the deployment of DataOne's brand and digital marketing strategy across digital channels.
? Develop and manage digital content (LinkedIn, website, video, employer branding assets).
? Support SEO, paid campaigns, and digital visibility initiatives in coordination with external agencies.
? Track and analyze performance using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools.
? Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Employer Branding & HR Communication
? Support employer branding initiatives to attract technical, engineering, and corporate talent.
? Create content highlighting DataOne's teams, culture, projects, and growth.
? Collaborate with HR on recruitment campaigns, onboarding communication, and internal messaging.
? Develop engaging digital formats (short videos, visuals, storytelling content).
? Contribute to internal communication initiatives aligned with company culture and values.
Content & Campaign Execution
? Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns (organic and paid).
? Work with designers, agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality assets. ? Support campaign calendars, content planning, and execution timelines.
? Monitor performance and optimize content and campaigns based on data insights. What This Role Does NOT Cover

? Investor relations Profile & Experience Required
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related field.
? 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand, employer branding, or related roles.
? Strong understanding of digital platforms, content, and performance marketing.
? Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, performance reporting).
? Ability to work in structured, demanding, and international environments.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French .
Nice to Have
? Experience in tech, platform-based, or data-driven environments.
? Familiarity with video creation tools and content formats.
? Exposure to employer branding or HR communication initiatives.
