Marketing Specialist (Digital & Social Media Focus)
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our digital presence and deliver strategic marketing initiatives. The role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, building awareness in the UAE market, and driving engagement through impactful social media and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn with engaging content.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase visibility and client acquisition.
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) with measurable ROI.
Lead content creation, from copywriting to visuals, posts, reels, and stories.
Apply SEO to optimize website and social content for maximum reach.
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to boost efficiency.
Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Maintain and update website and digital portfolio.
Coordinate with vendors for design, media buying, or outsourced campaigns.
Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency across all marketing outputs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
4+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within the UAE events or creative sector.
Strong skills in social media, SEO, paid media, and analytics; Arabic is an advantage.
