Job Description

We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage content and performance channels, and support lead?generation and brand?building activities.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute paid and organic digital campaigns (search, social, display) to meet lead and revenue goals. Create and manage content: social posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate) and optimize using A/B testing and data analysis. Manage social media channels, community engagement, and influencer/co-marketing relationships. Coordinate with design and product teams on creative assets and messaging. Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and campaign documentation. Support events, webinars, and PR activities as needed. Produce regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications (required)

2+ years' experience in digital marketing, growth, or campaign execution. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager). Strong copywriting and content-creation skills; familiarity with basic graphic tools (Canva, Adobe). Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns. Right to work in the UAE.

Qualifications (preferred)

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience with marketing automation/CRM platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp) and SEO fundamentals. Familiarity with paid video/social formats and short-form content production. Arabic language skills an asset.
