Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Marketing Specialist will manage marketing strategies, conduct market research to understand customer needs, and contribute to developing campaigns that align with business goals. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and enhance customer engagement by developing targeted outreach initiatives and improving customer experiences.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate and convey ideas Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategy Skills in Sales and Marketing Strategy to drive campaign results and business growth Customer Service expertise to maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
