About Symmetry Symmetry Elite Polyclinic is a premium multidisciplinary clinic in Dubai, known for innovative rehabilitation, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and wellness services. We serve a high-end international clientele and are expanding our marketing team to strengthen our brand presence, accelerate patient acquisition, and support our rapid growth across the UAE. Position Overview We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist who will manage digital marketing activities, develop engaging content, drive brand awareness, and support patient acquisition funnels. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creative storytelling and performance marketing, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms - Plan and manage monthly content calendars and promotional campaigns - Create engaging photo/video content aligned with Symmetry's brand style - Increase patient leads through organic and paid channels - Monitor key marketing metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, CPL, ROI) - Collaborate with clinic teams to capture patient stories, testimonials, and treatment highlights - Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships - Support offline marketing initiatives (events, brochures, brand materials) - Analyze performance data and suggest optimization strategies - Maintain consistent, premium brand identity across all touchpoints Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management - Strong understanding of Instagram/TikTok algorithm trends and content formats - Video editing and graphic design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe is a plus) - Experience running paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred) - Strong English communication skills (Arabic or Russian is an advantage) - Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas - High level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail - Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate closely with the operations/medical teams - Experience in healthcare, beauty, fitness, or wellness industries is a plus What We Offer: - Competitive salary - Performance-based bonuses - Modern, supportive, and dynamic work environment - Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding premium brand - Work with a young, international, creative team



Requirements
