The job
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. You will play a key role in driving regional marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across the MENA region. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to impactful campaigns that align with RIB's vision of transforming the construction industry through digital innovation.
Key responsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Support event management, including user seminars, trade shows, and customer workshops.
Create and manage engaging content for websites, social media, and email marketing.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Track and report campaign performance to optimize future activities.
Essential requirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools.
Desired skillsExperience using Salesforce or Account Engagement (Pardot) is an advantage.
Arabic language skills are a plus.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Curious and proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player who values trust, openness, and shared success.
