We are seeking a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Female

Marketing Specialist

to join our team. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and respond to customer requests promptly and professionally through email, phone, and digital channels. Coordinate with the sales team to plan and execute events, promotions, and customer engagement activities. Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and event visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Support day-to-day marketing activities, including content updates, campaign execution, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and requests to support continuous improvement. Assist in managing marketing calendars, event schedules, and project timelines. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

0-1 years of experience

in marketing, customer service, or a related field.

Fluent in both Arabic and English

(written and spoken). Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, CRM software, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline Valid

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.). Social media management experience.
