We're looking for an energetic and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate development team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and confident in handling all aspects of marketing from videography and brochure design to preparing sales offers and editing presentation files.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and project promotions.
Design brochures, flyers, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity.
Prepare sales offers, project presentations, and marketing files for clients and internal use.
Manage digital content and help maintain the company's online presence.
Requirements
:
Proven experience in videography, graphic design, and marketing content creation
.
Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage.
