Marketing Specialist

who's passionate, creative, and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms. Develop and maintain brand strategy and content calendars for multiple clients. Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), including scheduling, posting, and engagement. Create engaging photo and video content; edit visuals and ensure brand consistency. Optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as

Amazon

and

Noon

(titles, descriptions, images, keywords). Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like

Google Analytics

,

Meta Business Suite

, and

SEO/SEM

platforms. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and clients to develop creative marketing ideas. Research market trends and audience insights to support campaign strategies. Prepare performance reports and present insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
? 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or e-commerce.
? Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.
? Experience with Amazon/Noon listings and digital marketplaces.
? Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop

Illustrator

Video editing

skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).
? Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
? Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
? Creative mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with influencer marketing and paid ad campaigns. Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
