We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Marketing Specialist
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns. Manage and grow the company's social media presence. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends. Collaborate with sales, design, and management teams to align campaigns with business goals. Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist (Real Estate experience is a plus). Strong understanding of campaign management, branding, and digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
