Roles & Responsibilities
Content Creation
: Write, design, and schedule compelling content across platforms including social media, website, email, and marketing materials.
SEO & SEM
: Optimize website content and structure for search engines; plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google (Search, Display, Performance Max).
Website Management
: Update and maintain the corporate and e-commerce websites, ensuring up-to-date product listings, banners, and SEO health.
Video Production
: Script, shoot, and edit educational and promotional videos for product demonstrations, training, and social media reels.
Webinars
: Plan, set up, host, and promote industry-specific webinars, coordinating with internal experts, clients, and DJI.
Event Marketing
: Identify, plan, and participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions across the UAE and MENA region.
BTL Activities
: Proactively look for brand-building opportunities such as roadshows, drone demos, print media, or institutional collaborations.
Email Marketing
: Build and run regular campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Omnisend to engage clients and drive leads.
CRM Management
: Update and manage CRM systems for lead tracking, client follow-ups, and performance analytics.
Partner Communication
: Act as the primary marketing liaison between Aero Smart and its partners, resellers, and clients for all joint campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
Campaign Execution
: From brainstorming to execution, handle A-Z of performance marketing, analytics review, and budget management.
Internal Collaboration
: Work closely with sales and product teams to align messaging and support lead generation.
Market Analysis
: Stay up-to-date on competitor marketing activities, DJI campaigns, drone industry trends, and evolving client needs.
Support Management
: Assist the management with any additional marketing, branding, or promotional activities as directed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a tech-based, B2B, or drone-related company.
Solid understanding of
digital marketing (SEO/SEM/Google Ads)
, website CMS (WordPress or Shopify), and
social media strategies
.
Proven experience in
content creation, video editing (Adobe Premiere/Canva/CapCut)
, and webinar execution.
Experience with
email marketing tools
, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and basic performance analytics.
Strong communication skills in English.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks independently.
