What You Will Do:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind all things brand, buzz, and beauty. From salons to social media, your mission is to make sure our brands shine and connect with the right people at the right time, in the right way.
Here is a taste of what you will lead:
Brand Guardian:
Be the key contact for our international partners, making sure every campaign feels on-brand globally but speaks ourmarket's language.
Strategic Vision:
Build and own full-year marketing calendars - from new launches and promos to influencer collabs and trade events.
Campaign Rockstar:
Plan and execute 360 campaigns that span digital, in-store, PR, social media, and beyond.
Digital First:
Lead social, content, and performance marketing efforts -- with internal team support -- to drive visibility and engagement.
Trade Magic:
Create standout marketing materials for salons and retail spaces -- think training kits, POS, displays, and more.
Sales Ally:
Partner with sales teams to drive results across retail and e-comm channels, making sure the customer journey is seamless and strong.
Budget Boss:
Manage brand budgets like a pro, track performance, and report what's working (and what's not).
Team Player:
Work closely with education, ops, and sales to keep all marketing gears moving in sync.
Model Employee:
Follow policies and procedures, including but not limited to punctuality, meeting deadlines, accepting constructive feedback, and demonstrating reliability.
What You Bring to the Table:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience with global brands and adapting them for regional markets
A love for the beauty or lifestyle space -- and the ability to speak its language
Great communication skills (English a must; Arabic is a plus)
A sharp eye for social, digital, and marketing data
