We're looking for a

skilled IT professional

with real estate marketing experience to lead our marketing efforts. This role involves full CRM ownership, campaign management, digital integrations, and team leadership. If you're tech-savvy, results-driven, and ready to take charge--this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the marketing team across digital, social, and offline campaigns. Own and optimize the CRM: structure, automations, integrations, and reporting. Integrate lead generation tools (Meta, Google Ads, WhatsApp, portals) into CRM. Develop and submit weekly content plans for approval; post content across social media, website, and listings. Coordinate with in-house creative team (photo/video/design) to produce campaign materials. Monitor campaign metrics and optimize for performance and ROI. Implement automation workflows to drive lead conversion and retention. Stay current with real estate marketing trends and digital tools.

Requirements

1+ year in a similar role at a real estate company. Strong IT background with proven CRM management and system integration experience. Proficient in platforms like Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Familiar with SEO, SEM, paid ads, retargeting, and marketing automation. Experience leading or coordinating a team. Based in Dubai and available for full-time, in-office work.
