About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead our brand marketing and activation efforts across the OGCC region (Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq). This role is critical in building brand equity, driving awareness, and supporting commercial growth through locally relevant marketing campaigns and partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with regional teams, sales, product, and agency partners to bring impactful brand moments to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing comprehensive 360 marketing strategies for Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq, aligned with brand vision and business objectives
Coordinate the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital platforms, influencers/KOLs, and on-ground activations
Support the development and management of partnerships, events, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
Monitor and contribute to the brand's local digital and social media presence in collaboration with content creators and media agencies
Work closely with product and sales teams to support go-to-market initiatives and channel-specific marketing plans
Handle campaign budget tracking and assist in ensuring resources are effectively allocated to optimize return on investment
Measure and analyze campaign performance, generating actionable insights for ongoing optimization
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and consumer touchpoints, upholding OGCC branding guidelines
Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a regional role covering OGCC or Levant markets
Experience working with global brands in the tech or consumer electronics sector is a plus
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated brand campaigns
Strong understanding of digital, retail, and experiential marketing channels
Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign measurement and optimization
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
Fluent in Arabic and English mandatory (spoken and written)
Holds a valid passport and is fully eligible for frequent travel to Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq without restrictions.
