Marketing Specialist

to help us elevate our brand and attract more clients through strategic digital campaigns and effective communications.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote company properties across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and maintain email communications using the company's domain (newsletters, promotions, property updates). Design and post engaging content including property photos, videos, virtual tours, and success stories. Monitor and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies based on results. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with property availability and client interests. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials. Stay up to date with real estate market trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing; real estate experience is a strong plus. Proven ability to manage social media accounts and grow audience engagement. Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
