Job Responsibility:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media).
Update and enhance the company\'s website to elevate its functionality and user experience.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Property Solvers\' services in the real estate market.
Collaborate with the management team to create compelling content such as social media posts, to engage and attract target audience.
Optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Manage photography and editing expertise to enhance visual content and elevate marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target demographics, and use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing to continuously improve our marketing strategies and tactics.
Present ideas and final deliverables to management team about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing plans and campaigns, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
