Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and franchise expansion goals.
- Ensure seamless messaging and branding across corporate and franchise channels.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for corporate and franchise levels.
- Lead the development of a cohesive social media content strategy.
- Collaborate with the team to plan, schedule, and analyze performance.
- Drive the creation of engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Oversee community engagement efforts, providing guidance to the team in monitoring and responding to interactions.
- Strengthen online relationships at corporate and franchisee levels through proactive engagement.
- Stay informed about social media trends and industry best practices.
- Guide the team in implementing innovative ideas for fresh and relevant content.
- Spearhead collaboration with marketing, PR, and product teams for cohesive messaging.
- Facilitate partnerships with influencers and external partners for collaborative content creation.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze content performance.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, adjusting strategies for corporate and franchise marketing.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines by corporate and franchise teams.
- Maintain messaging and design consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of social media campaigns tailored for franchise locations.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance at both local and overarching levels.
- Conduct meetings with franchisees to develop and refine their marketing strategies.
- Implement strategies to promote the brand and drive sales across offline and online mediums.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist (3-4 years) or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their unique audience dynamics, practices, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging designs and visual aesthetics.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Familiarity with iris photography industry trends and a passion for social media.
- Collaborative team player with excellent organizational and project management skills.
