Job Description
Preferred: FEMALES FLUENT IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH We require an experienced, confident and diligent marketing specialist for our Professional Cosmetics Business in Dubai. Responsibilities:
- Digital content design and creation such as posters, brochures, catalogs, videos, reels etc
- Critically analyze, identify issues, and propose strategic solutions to enhance the performance of paid advertisements on Google and META platforms, as well as management of Social Media accounts across platforms.
- control Lead Generation, SEO, PR, and Content Creation.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations governing advertisements across different platforms specific to the Cosmetics industry.
- Drive business growth through the enhancement of click-through rates (CTR) and increasing conversions.
- Monitor performance of SEO to ensure consistent top positions for all relevant keywords
- Create and manage effective Brand development campaign
- Lead and manage our customer service, ensuring swift, precise responses to client inquiries, strong sales knowledge and achieving high conversion rates.
- Implement and manage influencer marketing campaigns and PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Technical knowledge of CRMs to manage and optimize database and marketing automations.
- Initiate and execute marketing strategies that foster lead generation, conversion, customer retention, and repurchases.
- Comprehensive understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in META Ads.
- SEO best practices and techniques.
- Public Relations (PR).
- Experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Successful track record in Product Launch campaigns.
- Proven expertise in Event Planning and Execution.
- Prior experience in the Cosmetics industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and experience with digital marketing, brand development and content creation
- Familiarity with Marketing CRMs
- Demonstrated ability to scale a business, increase CTRs, and boost conversion rates.
