Job Description

Job Purpose:

The responsibility is to raise awareness of Track products and initiatives that affects the public. Developing marketing campaigns\\materials to promote Track certifications & courses, service and idea\\concept.

Duties:
  • E- Marketing skills (Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, blogs..etc.):
  • Coordinates an effective web presence that positions track as a leader in soft skills
  • Provides all target markets with up-to-date information about programs, services and activities
  • Directs Web Services on the architecture, content and look & feel of the website in keeping with the brand
  • Develops online marketing communications and media strategies including email campaign, management, search engine marketing, online media and promotions
  • Stays up-to-date on the latest trends in interactive marketing/media and Search Engine Marketing
  • Researching, Writing, Gathering, Organizing, And Editing Information For Publication On Web Sites Which May Consist Of Prose, Graphics, Pictures, Recordings, Movies Or Other Media Assets That Could Be Distributed By A Hypertext Transfer Protocol Server, And Viewed By A Web Browser
  • Integrate Content Into New Or Existing Web Sites,
  • Help Sales team To Meet Their Monthly Targets.
  • Managing TRACK Web Sites
  • Develop And Design Marketing Materials: Promotion, Social Sites (Facebook, Twitter, And LinkedIn), Email Shot Templates, Posters Flyers, Brochures, Business Cards, Letterhead, Certificates. Etc
  • Events Management Coordination, Seminars , Fairs , Open Days
  • Training Partners Marketing Team On TRACK Marketing Materials Design.
  • Regular Email, Fax, & Telephone Contact with Key Contacts.
  • Pre/Post Adoption Presentations, And Product Training Sessions.
  • Maintains Professional And Technical Knowledge By Attending Training Workshops; Reviewing Professional Publications; Establishing Personal Networks; Participating In Professional Societies.
  • Contributes To Team Effort By Accomplishing Related Results As Needed.
  • Liaising And Networking With A Range Of Stakeholders Including Customers, Colleagues, Suppliers And Partner Organizations
  • Sourcing Advertising Opportunities And Placing Adverts In The Press - Local, Regional, National And Specialist Publications
  • Writing And Proofreading Marketing Materials Copy
  • Organizing Photo Shoots;
  • Maintaining And Updating Customer Databases;
  • Organizing And Attending Events Such As Conferences, Seminars, Receptions And Exhibitions;
  • Conducting Market Research Such As Customer Questionnaires And Focus Groups;
  • Contributing To, And Developing, Marketing Plans And Strategies;
  • Evaluating Marketing Campaigns;
  • Monitoring Competitor Activity;
  • Supporting The Manager And Other Colleagues
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Search engine optimization specialist, or Internet marketing professionals
  • Planning, advertising, public relations, organizing events, marketing materials development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
  • Solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity.
  • Must speak English and Arabic fluently(Preferable)
  • Must hold a driving license and own a car.(Preferable)
  • Must be creative and flexible.
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Customer Service, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships,
MS Office, Graphics skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash, XML, PhPetc)
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Bachelor\'s degree (B. A.) in marketing; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Displays willingness to make decisions; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions.
