Develop strategies based on an analysis of sales volume, market trends and competitor activity.
Plan and carry out ATL/BTL activities to improve sales and brand building.
Develop a planogram of product categories with visual merchandisers, executing corporate events and significant activities that best promote the brand.
Participate in product development and marketing initiatives, and conduct a monthly analysis of past results and future projections.
To oversee the management of the trade marketing plans budget for the entire region, which includes promotional offers, promotional packaging, POS materials, primary and secondary rental, in-store activations, and other BTL activities.
Work together with the sales team to ensure product availability and effective planogram implementation for the creation and implementation of marketing plans.
Maintaining and updating customer databases, checking and updating market promotion using a variety of techniques.
Support the marketing manager with full-year marketing plans for media, social media, and digital, as well as important local initiatives.
