Job Purpose

Liaise with Marketing Departments of brands that UD possesses the distributorship in order to develop / implement marketing activities, increase brand awareness, market penetration, etc. Rresponsibilities also include account management, supplier\xe2\x80\x99s coordination, marketing planning, execution and analysis of ROI

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, using knowledge of products and technologies, markets, and regulations
  • Work closely with departments\xe2\x80\x99 managers and understand the sales strategies and implement marketing plans to assist and achieve sales targets and budgets;
  • Work closely with the principals where applicable and understand the brand positioning/image and implement the target plans within company framework.
  • Collect and analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies.
  • Develop communications materials, advertisements, presentations, or public relations initiatives to promote awareness of products and services
  • Confer with legal department to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement or royalty sharing with outside producers or distributors
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activities or trade shows, as recommended by principle; working with developers, advertisers, agencies, etc.
  • Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as paid ad placement, audience competition, affiliate programs, sponsorship programs, email promotions, or viral marketing campaigns on social media Web sites.
  • Optimize Web site exposure by analysing search engine patterns to direct online placement of keywords or other content
  • Use all integrated marketing activities as found relevant to enhance the product and customer reach in the most cost effective way;
  • Organize and manage exhibitions, seminars, customer gathering and in-house activities;
  • Design and circulate the customer satisfaction survey, make the data analysis and accordingly report to the General Manager to maintain high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and maintain the official website of UD and increase traffic on the website by various digital marketing tools;
  • Work closely with marketing agencies to implement UD\xe2\x80\x99s marketing plans in a cost effective way;
  • Comply with the company QMS requirements.
  • Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels
  • Develop and communicate through the organization\'s CRM
  • Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports
  • Organize a calendar of marketing in-line with company strategy
  • Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups

Job Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree
  • Marketing specialization would be preferable
Experience
  • Min 5 years marketing experience in reputed organization. Automotive specially commercial vehicle or Heavy machinery trade would be added advantage
Knowledge & Skills
  • Customer and Personal Service:- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Communications and Media:- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
  • Design:- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models, etc.
  • Market Knowledge:- Knowledge of target customer, industry, territory, etc.
  • Language:- Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic and Hindi would be an added advantage
  • Active Listening:- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
  • Coordination \xe2\x80\x94 Adjusting actions in relation to others\' actions.
  • Clerical \xe2\x80\x94 Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
