An energetic and responsible professional who has an excellent understanding of marketing, is constantly improving his/her knowledge, has experience of working in foreign markets, promotion of consulting services, as well as experience of managing a marketing team and competence of working independently with all advertising channels. The successful candidate will manage the marketing promotion of various consulting projects of SORP Group.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the process of launching marketing activities for various company projects, automating marketing activities; Ensuring the team to meet the timing and quality of marketing activities; Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising companies, work with reporting on numerical indicators, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, etc.; Independent maintenance and optimization of various advertising channels using all types of advertising tools; Requirements:

Experience in promoting consulting, investment and business education marketing in a management position for at least 5 years, experience in managing a marketing department from 3 years Experience in CRM, experience in setting up and maintaining RC: Google Ads, Yahoo, Bing, Yandex Direct, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, understanding of the principles of seo-optimization; English (C1, C2 level), higher education; Russian (B2,C1) Knowledge of project documentation principles, basic project management methodologies, ability to achieve results, set high goals, find and implement ways to achieve them; Ability to work independently, prioritize, plan and automate workflow, high energy and initiative.
