Job Description

We're looking for someone who are both energetic and ambitious to join our team. : -Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience: including tenants, brokers, investors, and employees/potential employees.
-Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
-Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
-Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support.
-Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
-Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
-Generating new business leads.
-Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
-Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
-Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
-Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns. Skills: -Native Russian Speaker
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration and with experience in Real Estate sector. Dubai experience will be an advantage.
-Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
-Working with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
-Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
-Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally
