The Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance RCH Qatar's brand presence, attract potential clients, and support business growth across our consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels (website, digital, social media, events, etc.) to promote RCH Qatar services.
Create engaging content for website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects
Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends
Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Maintain brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consultancy, professional services, or B2B sectors.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
Excellent communication
AR and EN
, writing, and presentation skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Qatari market and business environment is an advantage.
