Marketing Specialist
who's ready to own the story of LEC, drive growth, and make noise (the smart way).
Your Mission
You'll lead and execute marketing strategies that directly impact student enrolments, brand visibility, and business growth across
Qatar
(and beyond).
What You'll Be Doing
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the creation of
posters, videos, and content
for LEC's social media and promotional campaigns; track performance and optimize continuously.
Ensure content is published as per schedule and
manage engagement
by responding to comments promptly and professionally.
Set up, monitor, and optimize
digital ad campaigns
on Meta, Google, Snapchat, and TikTok to generate high-quality leads.
Drive
SEO initiatives
to improve visibility and lead generation via Google search.
Build and manage relationships with
micro-influencers in Qatar
, coordinating influencer-led video and content collaborations.
Plan and execute
outdoor marketing and offline promotions
aligned with LEC's brand positioning.
Design and implement
field-level marketing strategies.
school outreach, parent engagement, events and evaluate outcomes.
Ensure all leads from online and offline channels are effectively handled by the
sales team
, supporting strong conversion rates.
Set
annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets
, and align marketing activities to achieve them.
Introduce
new strategies, tools, and initiatives
to continuously strengthen LEC's marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, lead quality, conversions) and prepare reports for management.
Work closely with
academic, operations, and sales teams
to ensure messaging is accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
Manage the
marketing budget
efficiently to maximize ROI.
Ensure
brand consistency
across all platforms, online and offline.
Stay ahead of
market trends, competitors, and emerging digital tools
.
Compensation
QAR 10,000 - 15,000
(based on experience)
