Marketing Specialist
who can bring both strategic thinking and strong visual storytelling to our growing team.
About the Role
As our Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats: from content creation and email marketing to designing eye-catching visuals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
Design marketing assets including social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, and brochures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and brand initiatives
Monitor performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on insights
Manage brand consistency across all touchpoints
What We're Looking For
4-6 years of experience in marketing and graphic design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
A keen eye for detail and design aesthetics
