Principle accountabilities

Define product vision and strategy Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements Collaborate with marketing teams to create brochures, leaflets, social media content, and training materials. Conduct market research and competitive analysis Develop and maintain product roadmaps Monitor product performance and user feedback Ensure timely and successful product launches Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals Create detailed product documentation and specifications Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge Double visits along with sales team for the Brand awareness improvement, present technical and clinical product knowledge. Work closely with sales teams to ensure proper technical understanding and communication of product benefits. Coordinate with regulatory affairs for product registration and compliance. Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions Provide sales tools and scientific support to field teams Analyse sales data and KPIs to help drive product performance.

Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, or related field. (Master's or MBA is a plus.)

3 years of experience in product management within the aesthetic, dermatology, or medical devices sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong knowledge of injectable products, aesthetic Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Business acumen with strong analytical and strategic thinking. Fluent in English and Arabic Proficiency in product management tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of digital marketing tools Familiarity with data analysis and KPIs Proven track record of successful product launches Design marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional tools tailored to local market dynamics.
