Madad is a fintech startup transforming MSME financing in Qatar. Our vision is to unlock the financial potential of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). We are starting as a tech-enabled invoice discounting platform, enabling small businesses to access fast, hassle-free funding. We are a part of the Qatar Central Bank Regulatory Sandbox.

Backed by deep expertise in finance and B2B technology, we are on a mission to empower MSMEs--helping them grow, thrive, and contribute to Qatar's economic diversification. We combine cutting-edge technology with smart risk assessment to create a seamless, transparent, and efficient financing experience.

What will you be working on?



Own Social Media & Digital Presence



Own our strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms Plan, create and publish content that reflects our brand voice and vision Track performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics

Lead PR and External Communication



Be the face of Madad at events, panels, and conferences Build media and ecosystem relationships

Create and manage marketing content



Collaborate with product, sales and design teams to produce high-quality collateral including decks, blogs, product videos, and campaign creatives Lead content-driven campaigns with consistent tone and brand alignment

Align market insight with Madad's vision



Translate strategic priorities into narratives that speak to customer needs and market expectations Use market feedback and trends to shape compelling narratives Drive thought leadership for Madad through strategic storytelling

What are the required education and experience backgrounds?



3+ years in marketing, communication, or brand strategy, preferably in tech or digital products Experience in handling social channels and content pipelines end-to-end Exposure to PR coordination and media engagement Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or related field
