Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and offline channels.
Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, and produce engaging posts and stories.
Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and analyze metrics to improve ROI.
Assist in brand development, product launches, and seasonal promotional strategies.
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) when required.
Work with designers, photographers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Strong understanding of current marketing tools, trends, and analytics.
Proficiency with social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, and Google Workspace.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
