We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take our online presence to the next level in the beauty and restaurant field . This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with a passion for digital trends, a creative eye, and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Maps Ads campaigns Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies Maintain and update the company website content and structure (WordPress or similar) Design and curate mood boards for brand alignment and campaign planning Assist in the development of targeting strategies for paid and organic campaigns Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Support basic content editing and design (image and text for social/web) Stay current with digital marketing trends and platform updates
creating marketing plan strategy quarterly & monthly

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, and SEO Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and website CMS tools Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies Basic graphic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks English speaker is a must
Bonus Skills:

Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Video editing or reels creation Knowledge of affiliate or influencer marketing
