We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and tracking marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels to support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, website, blogs, and advertising. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure brand consistency. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools. Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows. Support SEO/SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing efforts. Maintain and update CRM systems, email databases, and marketing tools. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (a plus). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and content marketing best practices. Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
