Job Description

We are Smart Mirror and Glass Factory, looking for a professional and creative proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to lead and manage our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in growing and effective communication and designing short videos and full responsibility for developing and executing our digital marketing and social media strategy. The role includes managing our online presence, growing engagement, supporting outreach, and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

2. Develop and execute creative advertising campaigns to engage audiences and boost interaction

3. Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and reels) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

4. Good understanding of social media algorithms and boosting strategies

5. Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

6. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement and maximizing ROI.

7. Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, fostering a positive online community and customer relationships.

8. Build a significant number of followers on social media platforms.

9. Develop and execute online marketing strategies.

10. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads.

11. Monitor and analyze social media and website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

12. Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

13. Understand and communicate analytical data surrounding content trends and engagement.

14. Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility of website content and social media profiles.

15. Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends to maintain a cutting-edge approach.

16. Monitor social media channels for emerging trends, industry news, and competitor activities.

17. Manage and oversee social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules.

18. Create and curate compelling content (text, image, video) tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.

19. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

20. Design and implement strategies to attract followers and increase conversion rates

21. Respond promptly and professionally to user comments, messages, and inquiries

22. Build effective relationships across platforms and identify collaboration opportunities

23. Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and sales

24. Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve optimal results

25. Create content and propose creative ideas for posts, stories, and videos

26. Write creative captions and concepts, and assist in creating engaging Reels and video content

27. Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals

28. Create and schedule high-quality content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

29. Manage social media accounts, respond to DMs/comments, and build community engagement

30. Coordinate ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) with support from external agencies if needed

31. Plan and support offline marketing activities (events, client visits, networking)

32. Write and send email newsletters and marketing communications

33. Design content using Canva or Adobe and video editing tools.

34. Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports

35. Support in preparing digital brochures, presentations, and promotional materials

36. Assist in lead generation and outreach for partnerships and collaborations

Requirements

1. Proven experience in marketing and social media (minimum 1 year preferred)

2. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with an understanding of content trends

3. Confident writing and communication skills in English

4. Familiarity with Canva, Capcut, scheduling tools, and other marketing platforms

5. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
