Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

Hamilton House is seeking a creative, proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to take full responsibility for developing and executing our digital marketing and social media strategy. The role includes managing our online presence, growing engagement, supporting student outreach, and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals Create and schedule high-quality content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Manage social media accounts, respond to DMs/comments, and build community engagement Coordinate paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) with support from external agencies when needed Plan and support offline marketing activities (events, school visits, networking) Write and send email newsletters and marketing communications Design content using Canva or collaborate with graphic designers and video editors Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports Support in preparing digital brochures, presentations, and promotional materials Assist in lead generation and outreach for partnerships and collaborations
Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing and social media (minimum 2 years preferred) Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and content trends Confident writing and communication skills in English Familiarity with Canva, Capcut, scheduling tools, and other marketing platforms. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Understanding of the education, relocation, or concierge industries is a bonus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Experience managing both social and offline marketing activities Video and photo editing
