This role is crucial for customer engagement, effective sales coordination, and long-term client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to follow up on submitted quotations
Maintain a detailed log of all client communications, feedback, and follow-up actions
Update internal records or CRM systems with client status and responses
Support lead generation by reaching out to potential customers from provided databases
Share company profile, service details, or presentations via email/WhatsApp after client calls
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and professional follow-ups
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on follow-up progress and outcomes
Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate internal team members
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, sales coordination, or customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Polite, confident, and clear telephone manner
Well-organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in interior fit-out, construction, or real estate industry is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of fit-out project terms and quotation formats
