Falcon Group of Companies is seeking an energetic and experienced
Marketing & Sales Officer
to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the UAE. The ideal candidate must come from the
building materials or construction-related industry
, preferably with experience in
glass manufacturing, pipes, facade systems, metal works, or related products
. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, target, and develop new clients within construction and building materials sectors.
Promote and sell company products, particularly those related to
glass, pipes, facade systems, and structural materials
.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and client engagement.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations to consultants, contractors, and project managers.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical product presentations as required.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to increase market penetration.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, pricing, and new business opportunities.
Manage digital marketing activities such as social media updates, product promotions, and campaigns.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely responses, support, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery follow-up, and product availability.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the building materials or construction industry
.
Preferred industry background:
glass manufacturing, glass processing, pipes, facades, cladding materials, aluminum/steel products, or similar sectors
.
Strong network of contacts within the UAE construction market is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
