Position: Sales & Marketing Specialist (Salary+ commission)

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell

preservatives, coatings, and post-harvest technologies

for fresh fruits and vegetables. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into sales (complete

Lead-to-Cash cycle

). Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies. Visit cold stores, packhouses, exporters, importers and industry stakeholders to present solutions. Perform product efficiency test trials at customer site. Perform administrative and official tasks related to sales documents, quotations, and follow-up. Represent the company professionally with excellent grooming and communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Agriculture, Biology, or Chemistry

. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Familiar with field visits, company meetings, and customer engagement. Ability to manage full sales cycle:

prospecting ? meetings ? proposals ? closing ? after-sales

. Organized and capable of administrative and documentation tasks. Trustworthy, clean appearance, and professional presentation. Valid

driving license

(required). Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.

Preferred Qualities

Experience in agriculture, food technology, post-harvest, or industrial chemical sales. Passion for fresh produce industry and customer-driven problem solving. Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
