Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company\'s marketing goals.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing resource objectives.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying up-to-date in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Create business opportunities/ sales strategies to get more clients;
Monitor project statuses on a day to day basis and coordinate with clients;
Negotiate and close deals through outbound calls;
Provide proactive customer service addressing issues/problems of the customers;
Planning and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies and plans to achieve business targets;
Identifying new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads;
Create and follow-up proposals sent to clients;
Represent our business in a professional manner at all times;

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing & Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• marketing executive: 2 years (Preferred)
