Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for training programs, workshops, and certifications
Promote courses through digital channels, social media, campaigns, and partnerships.
Manage marketing campaigns from concept to launch and performance tracking.
Support branding and positioning of the training center across platforms.
Sales Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for training programs and media services.
Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into enrollments.
Present training solutions to individuals, companies, and government entities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized training packages.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Client & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Conduct meetings and presentations for corporate clients.
Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and production teams to meet client needs.
Collect feedback and support client retention strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
Proven experience in
marketing and sales within a training & development center
.
Experience working with
media production, content creation, or promotional campaigns
.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
