Responsibilities
Generate and manage new sales leads
Approach potential clients and promote cargo/logistics services
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
Achieve monthly sales targets
Prepare basic sales reports

Freshers can also apply
Prior sales experience in cargo/logistics (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to independently generate leads
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
Compensation
Basic Salary + Attractive Commission
