Soundtribe is a leading provider of sound, lighting, and event technology solutions for private and corporate events in Dubai. We specialize in delivering seamless experiences with high-end equipment and skilled technicians. We are now looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our client base, strengthen our brand presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate, private, and entertainment sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, agencies, hotels, and corporate clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets. Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital platforms to enhance brand awareness. Collaborate with the operations team to prepare proposals, quotations, and customized packages. Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activity. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote Soundtribe services. Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, sales pipeline, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in events, AV rentals, or hospitality. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media strategies. Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
