Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
Respond to client inquiries and prepare competitive quotations.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and margin targets.
Secure recurring business through regular client engagement and relationship management.
Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
2-3 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.
Strong understanding of logistics services (air/sea/land freight, warehousing, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license (is definitely a plus).
Fluency in Arabic & English will be advantageous.
