We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Marketing&sales executive for our Abu Dhabi campus. The ideal candidate must have minmum 2 years of experience in education sector and a strong understanding of student recruitment, institutional marketing, and sales conversion strategies.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting academic programs, generating leads, converting inquiries into enrolments, and strengthening the institution's brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Promote undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and professional programs
Generate leads through online platforms, field marketing, and referrals
Handle student inquiries, counseling, follow-ups, and admissions conversion
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for admissions processing
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, school visits, and education fairs
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Build relationships with schools, corporates, and training partners
Support digital marketing activities and social media promotions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minmum 2 years of experience in marketing and sales within an educational institution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented mindset with proven sales performance
Knowledge of student counseling and admissions process
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in UAE education market is an added advantage

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
