. Our focus is on quality, trust, and expanding our retail presence across major supermarkets and local markets in the UAE.

We are looking for an

experienced Marketing & Retail Expansion Manager

who can actively grow our brand presence across

UAE retail markets

.

The ideal candidate must have

existing relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains

and should be capable of onboarding Aiwibi baby products into

Lulu, Carrefour, and other major and local markets

.

This role requires hands-on fieldwork, strong negotiation skills, and proven experience in retail expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Introduce and list

Aiwibi baby products

(diapers, baby pants, feeding bottles, etc.) in supermarkets and retail stores Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and distributors Negotiate pricing, margins, promotions, and shelf placement Expand retail distribution channels across UAE Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and in-store presence Monitor competitor activity and market trends Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to support retail sales

Requirements

Proven experience in

baby products / FMCG retail marketing

in UAE

Existing market contacts

with supermarkets and retail chains (mandatory) Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Valid

UAE driving license

(mandatory) Knowledge of UAE retail market dynamics
