Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Female Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling follow-up calls, customer interactions, and basic account management. She should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow-Up Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to follow up on inquiries, offers, and sales leads.
Maintain a record of all follow-ups and update the CRM system.
Address customer queries and provide necessary information about products/services.
Customer Dealing:
Engage with customers professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Accounts Management:
Assist in maintaining customer accounts, updating records, and processing orders.
Coordinate with the finance/accounts department for billing and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and submit sales reports, including lead conversion and revenue tracking.
Sales & Marketing Support:
Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
Provide feedback from customers to improve products/services.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
