Position Summary:
The Marketing HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the marketing team\'s goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of both marketing and human resources, with a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent within the marketing function. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing leaders to create and maintain a positive work culture that drives employee engagement, productivity, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new marketing hires.
Employee Development and Training:
  • Identify skill gaps within the marketing team and collaborate with leaders to design and implement training programs.
  • Facilitate professional development opportunities and mentorship programs.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting and regular feedback.
Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction within the marketing department.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize team-building activities and events.
HR Compliance and Policy Implementation:
  • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are compliant.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures specific to the marketing team.
Benefits Administration:
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to design and administer competitive and attractive benefits packages for marketing employees.
  • Manage benefits enrollment and communicate benefits information to the marketing team.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives within the marketing function.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to the leadership team on HR metrics and trends.

Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of Experience in UAE.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on supporting marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of marketing functions and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR compliance.
