We are scaling fast and seek a sharp, highly organized

Project Manager

to join our team in

Dubai

onsite

). You will lead the execution of marketing and business projects across departments.

You will

:

Plan and coordinate the execution of marketing projects from start to finish with precision Identify the key person or department for each task and assign responsibilities accordingly Use Jira (or similar tools) to manage tasks, timelines, and workflows across multiple departments Follow up and track tasks across departments to ensure accountability and timely delivery Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and all internal teams to prioritize and align goals Monitor deadlines, anticipate challenges, and clear any roadblocks to progress Ensure team members are briefed, accountable, and working efficiently Proofread content and materials to maintain high English standards Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure seamless delivery of assets Understand how marketing campaigns and digital assets flow across design, content, performance, and tech teams Keep detailed documentation and reporting on all ongoing and completed projects

Requirements

:

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. Advanced knowledge of marketing metrics is required. Previous experience as a Marketing Manager highly preferable (any specialization) Experience in project management within a marketing agency is a plus Proficiency with marketing analytics tools You are based in Dubai and can work onsite
