This role aims to ensure EMEA marketers can thrive and drive performance using our marketing technology. The Marketing Performance Manager will drive marketing excellence, best practices and technology adoption by offering training, troubleshooting and support across our key marketing platforms.
Working closely with the business and platform owners to become a trusted and continuous source of knowledge across our marketing tech stack. They will provide regular, proactive communication to the marketing community and drive change and adoption of our processes and platforms to ensure we deliver results and grow our business.
With the Marketing Performance Director, they will identify and communicate best practices in delivering optimised web experiences, marketing automation campaigns and data-driven decision making.

Business Support
Act as the first point of contact for 'how do I' enquiries from marketers
Act proactively as the link between marketing and app support teams
Ensure marketing users are effectively trained and confident in using marketing applications, primarily, but not limited to:
Adobe Experience Manager
Adobe Target
Adobe Analytics
Oracle Eloqua
Proactively monitor incidents and requests to improve service levels, workflows and training materials
Collaborate with Product, Data, and IT support teams to resolve or escalate issues
Communication
Create and maintain effective communication with marketers
Establish communication channels with Informa's support teams
Provide and share insights to marketing teams across EMEA
Tactical Support
Provide support for our Adobe and Oracle products
Provide support and advice on data-related enquiries
Escalate major incidents to appropriate parties in line with agreed processes and procedures
Cascade divisional strategy and initiatives about marketing applications and processes to marketers
Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
A degree in relevant business/technology discipline or certified marketing qualifications
Extensive experience in using marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua)
Experience using Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Target (or similar)
Experience in marketing analytics and reporting platforms
Experience in delivering training, running workshops and facilitating learning experiences
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Experience in email design or basic skills in HTML and CSS
