young, enthusiastic, and hands-on Marketing & Operations Executive
to assist with day-to-day outreach, supplier/buyer onboarding, digital marketing support, and operational follow-through. This is a high-learning opportunity for someone eager to grow with a tech-driven B2B venture.
Role Overview
We're looking for a
young, motivated Marketing & Operations Executive
to help grow our B2B supplier and buyer ecosystem. You will support lead generation, supplier onboarding, digital outreach, and admin coordination. This is a growth opportunity to be part of a global e-commerce initiative, based fully out of our
Dubai office
.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Lead Generation
Research suppliers (UK-based) and buyers (UK-based) in the scaffolding and construction sectors.
Create and update contact databases for marketing and sales outreach.
Supplier & Buyer Onboarding
Engage with suppliers to register and list their products on CONSCA.
Support buyers through sign-up and platform navigation.
Act as the first point of contact for user queries.
Marketing Support
Assist with content and graphics (basic social media and email templates).
Run simple email and LinkedIn campaigns using tools like Canva.
Track campaign engagement and leads.
Operational Support
Maintain CRM records, trackers, and communications logs.
Coordinate internally for platform support and technical issue resolution.
Schedule follow-ups and support platform demos when required.
Who You Are
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, admin support, or lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Good with MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets.
Bonus If You Have
Familiarity with e-commerce or the construction materials industry.
Exposure to international markets (UK/Europe).
Basic design or campaign tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
